POS Pre-App not flowing to LOS

We are attempting to find a Loan in the LOS based on a POS GUID. Please see below response when attempting to identify a loan using the loan status endpoint:

We were notified that an app submitted from a POS email would force that loan to move the the LOS with the SAME GUID generated by the POS system. This does not look to be the case. Please advise.

Hello,

To get the correct results for loan status API you can generate new deal Id with "Lead Import - LOS". Is there specific use case where you need to use POS API to generate the loan? Could you share more details on later statement: "We were notified that an app submitted from a POS email would force that loan to move the the LOS with the SAME GUID generated by the POS system."?
