We are attempting to find a Loan in the LOS based on a POS GUID. Please see below response when attempting to identify a loan using the loan status endpoint:

We were notified that an app submitted from a POS email would force that loan to move the the LOS with the SAME GUID generated by the POS system. This does not look to be the case. Please advise.
