Need Access to Promote to Production Button

Hello,

How can we get permission to update the production Whitelist of IPs since we cannot promote our application to production? Below is a screenshot that shows Promote to Production option is disabled and we need it enabled.

We have granted the capability to "Promote Apps to Prod" to your organization, can you please check if the issue still persists?
