Need reason for error on Mortgage Application Import Sandbox

Trying to determine the problem with a certain application being sent to the Sandbox API. Here are the response details:

Hi Graham,

We had a change that went live that was causing this error. We confirmed with development that a fix rolled last Wednesday night and can confirm that there have been successful submissions with no errors. Please retry. Thanks.
