Problem with a lead import API

We have a problem to import lead to Mortgagebot. App id: c47f45dd-64f2-4adf-aed0-0d8d1749acd9

It only works after trying more than four times.

Hi Ivan, Sorry for late reply. It looked like we missed the question as it already shows it as answered. Can you please confirm if you are facing still facing the problem. If yes, can you please provide more details on the error?

Hi, yes, we are continuing with the problem. The problem is when exporting a lead to Mortgagebot we does not receive the loan number (example 0010026755) and the export ID (example 92789e55-314d-4f35-bcc5-9bf492e1a378). To receive it, we need to try multiples times.
