Editing and saving my app in the store creates a new app

Hi

When I edit and save an existing app in the store it says:

"Do you also want to submit this app to the marketplace right now?"

This creates a new app instead of updating the app I updated.

What am I doing wrong?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Have you recently updated your app? We cannot see the latest version in the store.

If I create a new app for the store and delete the old one, will it be approved today?

When the new version of an app is saved and approved it replaces the older version.
