We are trying to access API using Authorization code under auth 2.0 but it gives 403 forbidden error. As well we aren't able to create datasets.

could you please provide the following information:
1. Which api from the API Catalog are you using?
2. Please describe what is the request that you are sending with payload and query parameters if possible
Regarding datasets could you describe the problem more thoroughly? Is there any error message? At what step problem occurs?
